BCG application deadlines 2027: every program, from Associate to MBA to advanced degree
BCG's US undergraduate windows for this cycle have closed. Full-Time Associate for the class of 2027 closed July 7, 2026, and the US page confirms Associate and Summer Associate applications are closed.42 Still ahead: Consultant for second-year MBAs and Advanced Degree Consultant, both expected September to October 2026, Growing Future Leaders for sophomores expected October 2026, and Summer Consultant for first-year MBAs expected November 2026.4
Bridge to Consulting, the freshman and sophomore program, is not running for 2026.4 Guides published earlier in the year still list it, so check before planning around it. Note also that there is no global BCG deadline: dates are set by office and program, and some offices recruit rolling.2

Which program applies to you
- Graduating 2027. The Full-Time Associate window closed July 7, 2026. Your route now is a later cycle or an experienced-hire path.
- Sophomores. Growing Future Leaders in October 2026 is the live one. Advance is a parallel route for sophomore women in April 2027.
- Class of 2029. Summer Associate is expected June 2027.
- Second-year MBA. Consultant is expected September 2026, which is weeks away.
- First-year MBA. Summer Consultant is expected November 2026.
- PhD, JD, MD. Two routes: Advanced Degree Consultant in September or October 2026, and Bridge to BCG in March 2027.
The Casey assessment gives you one attempt
BCG's chatbot assessment, Casey, allows a single attempt per cycle.1 There is no retake if your connection drops or you misjudge the pacing.
Local processes may instead use the Common Case Assessment, the Online Case Experience, or a numerical or cognitive test, depending on the office.2 Which one you face is determined by where you apply, so check the process for your specific office rather than assuming Casey is universal.
What Casey screens for hardest is structured quantitative reasoning under time pressure.1 That is the same muscle a case interview tests, so case practice is assessment practice here in a way it is not everywhere.

Bridge to BCG is an application and a workshop at once
For advanced degree candidates, Bridge to BCG is a two day immersive workshop and a full-time job application rolled into one.3 The 2026 workshop ran May 19 to 20 in Boston and Chicago, with applications closing March 23, 2026 and finalists invited to interview in late April.3 The next cycle is expected around March 2027.4
The format is worth knowing in advance: a 45 minute live case interview over Zoom plus an online case exercise, with strong performers invited to final round interviews for a full-time Consultant role.3 A March deadline means your preparation window is the winter, not the spring.
There is no global BCG deadline
BCG's dates are set by office and program. Some offices recruit on fixed dates, others run multiple intakes, and others accept applications on a rolling basis.2 BCG Switzerland, for example, accepts consulting applications year round and recommends applying at least six months before your preferred start date.2
Outside the US, London Associate and Senior Associate roles are expected October 2026, Canada Summer Associate September 2026, and the global full-time MBA Consultant route September 2026.4 Historical deadlines should be treated as historical rather than used as estimates without warning.2
